It is very important to understand how the body absorbs protein. The better the body absorbs a protein the higher its Biological Value (BV). The BV value of whey protein is 100%! That means every bit of the whey protein you consume is absorbed and utilized by the body. Natural food sources of protein don’t even come close to this 100% BV value. Popular protein sources like soy and casein only have a BV value of 74% and 77% and the protein in milk only has a BV value of 91%. This means the body cannot absorb and utilize these protein sources as well as it can whey protein.

Muscle and strength Building Routine to be used with Anabolic herb Beta-Ecdysterone 15 week course. Use this pyramid principle. Always do a good warm up and some stretching.
1st) set very light 10 reps.
2nd) set a little heavier 10 reps.
3rd) set medium heavy weight, something that you could easily get 10 reps, but only do 5 reps.
4th) set use maximum weight that you could just about get 10 reps out with, but only do 3 reps.
5th) set choose a weight that you can only get 6 reps out with max but only do 2 reps.
6th) set go for 20 1b under what you can lift for one rep. This is the big weight, on this set do as many reps as possible and work to failure.
Make sure you have a spotter for this set, instruct your spotter not to touch the bar unless you have clearly failed on a rep. Tell your spotter to just lift it and put it back with your help.
Do not do forced reps with a spotters fingers under the bar saying push push when clearly you have failed.
This forced rep method should only be used very rarely. Perhaps twice or four times a year. Otherwise you can get injured.
7th) set, work with less weight work to failure every set and keep your reps around 7 to 10. Do as many more sets as you like in this higher rep fashion. If you think of it, its a pyramid, you take the Anabolic Herb Beta-Ecdysterone capsules in a pyramid fashion and you train in a pyramid fashion.
Training Days: Train chest shoulders and triceps and abs day one. Train back and biceps and abs day two. Train thighs hamstrings and calves and abs on day three. Lift weights only three days a week. Do as many exercises you want for each body part in the window of opportunity.
Fitness Days: If there is a punch bag available anywhere, then work out on it once or twice a week, on the days you don't lift weights. This will improve general fitness, do cardio on these other days if you wish.
Don't take more than 7 days of at any one time. Train every week, be disciplined, continue to take all supplements throughout time off. Become a leader, someone who will go to the gym even when others let them down. Stick to your routine, don't get side tracked. Set a goal and work towards it until you achieve it. If you let training become your god then your in error, your training ought to have the priority as cleaning your teeth.
Keep a written record: Write down how strong you are in your heaviest lifts at the beginning of taking HOUSE OF MUSCLE USA Anabolic Herb Beta-Ecdysterone capsules, then write down your best lifts during the 15 week course. You will be impressed, so impressed.
Protein the building blocks of muscle. Don't forget your 3 + protein drinks spread out throughout the day with the capsules. Never hold your breath when pushing weights. Use each repetition as a breathing exercise. Use controlled repetitions that flow. Especially and always control the negative movement, the positive
movement has to be equally controlled when using light weights, but use explosive positive movement when lifting very heavy. A positive movement is when the muscle shortens and a negative movement is when the muscle gets longer. Eg. When you clench an arm to make a biceps you are evolved in a positive
movement, the muscle shortens and bunches up.

Building muscle and strength is like most things a journey. Its a journey that has a lot of starters but far to many don't continue very long. There are a number of reasons why men and women give up their weekly training but not many good ones. Working out is good for you full stop. Doctors all over the world agree that regular exercise improves overall physical and mental health. Some studies have found that regular weekly exercise was found to be in some cases more effective in treating general depression.
Now we make a mistake if exercise becomes our god, but within the right set of priorities, regular exercise is vital. A whole load of diseases are less likely to effect the person who works out regularly. Many people have a very low opinion of themselves physically, people are often very critical of their bodies, now even
though this is not right, we ought to each be thankful. The fact of the matter is this. Working out regularly makes us feel better physically and helps us keep up a positive mental attitude concerning our physical appearance. We learn through dedication that we can change the way we look. We can achieve in most cases the physique that we have always wanted. And even if our desires have been a little to high, our goals to lofty, then we can still through personal commitment make huge changes towards our goals.

Hi my name is Stan I am 52 years old from the UK. First I did a course of House of Muscle Beta-Ecdysterone with a high protein diet. In the first week I noticed a strength increase but not just that, I was getting amazing pumps every time I lifted weights. As the weeks went on I just kept getting stronger. Stan's News update. Sep 2010. Hi everyone my training is going great. I have now been on 4-Chloro-Diol from the HOUSE OF MUSCLE for just over 4 weeks. My strength has continued to rocket upwards. Last Monday I was benching with Neil Morgan and his training partner big Roy, they are old friend of mine and two of the strongest men that Stan's Gym has ever known. That night I benched 300 1bs for 3 reps and then did one rep with 320 1bs. This was a 20 1bs increase beating my all time steroid free bench press record.
Everything is feeling lighter and my pumps are almost frightening. My workouts are more intense than ever. I had been getting 4/5 reps out of the full stack on lat pull downs and pulley rows, now I am getting 8/10 reps out of lat pull downs and 15/16 reps out of pulley rows. My legs have been pushing more each week as well. Feeling stronger all round. I will keep you updated. March 2011 udate now I am getting 5 reps out of 300 1bs benching and one rep out of 332 1bs.
